I Will Play Your Soul is an immersive interactive project created by Renato Diz in 2007.

The primary aim of this project is to transform the members of the audience into the main creators of the live performance they are witnessing.

With this revolutionary approach, the relationship between artist and audience is no longer passive, it becomes active and even reversed, since the spectator himself is composing the score for the artist to interpret.

Notable performances:

  • National Conservatory Concert Hall (featuring Maria Alejandra Quintanilla), Vila Real, Portugal

  • Casa do Livro (featuring Sérgio Tavares), Porto, Portugal

  • Portuguese Consulate Hall, San Francisco, CA

  • São Clemente Palace, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

  • Viva Portugal Festival, New Bedford, MA

  • IDEASCITY New Museum, New York, NY
